  • Maintain strong operational discipline through accurate CRM management, forecasting, pipeline tracking, and relationship activity reporting.
  • Contribute to market intelligence efforts by identifying trends, competitive insights, and opportunities to strengthen regional influence and positioning.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience working with major benefits consulting and brokerage firms, with a strong understanding of employer healthcare decision-making processes.
  • Proven success building influential relationships that lead to measurable business outcomes, including referrals, evaluations, and pipeline generation.
  • Strong business development and territory management skills with experience expanding stakeholder engagement across multiple offices and regions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities with confidence engaging senior executives and external partners.
  • Experience operating within metrics-driven and revenue-focused environments with accountability for pipeline growth and forecasting accuracy.
  • Proficiency using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for opportunity management, reporting, and relationship tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and strategic initiatives simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and highly collaborative with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
  • Familiarity with healthcare benefits, digital health, employer wellness solutions, or healthcare technology sectors is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated comfort working in fast-moving, remote-first, and high-growth environments.
Benefits:
