This role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of monitoring analysts while driving operational excellence in IT service delivery. You will oversee incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution and proactive prevention of client-impacting issues. The position combines technical expertise in Windows Server administration, IT operations, and monitoring tools with strong leadership and people management skills. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, optimize workflows, and maintain service quality. This role provides exposure to global IT operations and the chance to influence technology strategy while supporting a 24/7 environment. - Lead and mentor a team of monitoring analysts responsible for identifying and resolving technical issues before they impact clients.
- Manage individual and team performance, including onboarding, coaching, and career development planning.
- Oversee IT service delivery and ensure adherence to ITIL-aligned processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, expedite problem resolution, and implement preventive measures.
- Provide regular reporting and dashboards on key problem management KPIs, operational performance, and team progress.
- Balance competing demands across multiple projects, operational enhancements, and maintenance requests while maintaining high service standards.
- 7+ years of IT experience, including 0–1 years in a team leadership role managing 10+ people.
- Strong technical background in Windows Server administration, IIS, SQL troubleshooting, cluster management, and application support.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, LogicMonitor, SentryOne, or AppDynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead ITIL-aligned teams and apply problem-solving methodologies such as 5 Whys, RCA, or Kepner-Trego.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; relevant IT certifications are a plus.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment and travel regionally or internationally as required.
