Postdoctoral Research Associate
Location: Princeton, NJ
Salary Range or Pay Grade: $65,000.00
The Graves Research Group at Princeton University (https://graves.princeton.edu/) is searching for a computational postdoctoral research associate. The project is associated with atomistic plasma-surface interaction simulations, employing machine learned interatomic potentials (MLIPs). The candidate should have experience in conducting MD simulations for non-equilibrium plasma-surface interactions, as well as in the development and exploitation of MLIPs. Applications will focus on plasma processing for quantum and microelectronic device nanofabrication. Applicants must have (or expect to have at time of appointment) a Ph.D. in chemical engineering, physics, chemistry, or materials science.
This position is for one year with the possibility of renewal pending satisfactory performance and continued funding. The work location for this position is in-person on campus at Princeton University.
