As an RSR (Rural Super Rural) Delivery Associate, your office isn’t a cubicle—it’s the beautiful, rolling landscapes of Western Illinois and the Mississippi River Valley. We want to be upfront: This is a physically demanding job. You will be an industrial athlete, but instead of the "city grind," you'll be navigating the beauty of the countryside.

• The RSR Difference: Unlike high-density city routes with hundreds of stops, our RSR routes focus on reaching our rural neighbors. You’ll have more "windshield time" to enjoy your music or podcasts while taking in the views.

• All-Terrain: You will be navigating long driveways, gravel roads, and rural terrain.

• All-Weather: We deliver smiles rain or shine. You must be comfortable working in the Illinois elements—from humid summers to snowy winters.

• Stay Active: You must be able to lift and arrange packages up to 50 lbs.

Your Duties:

• Load & Go: Organize your van for a successful day on the road.

• Navigate with Ease: Use GPS and local knowledge to find rural addresses that others might miss.

• Drive Safely: Be the safest vehicle on the road, respecting the communities we serve.

• Customer Connection: Provide a friendly face and reliable service to customers who rely on Amazon for their essentials.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

• Must be able to pass an Background Check (Goes back- 5 years Motor Vehicle & 7 years Criminal)

• Must be able to pass a drug screening (we do not test for marijuana).

• Comfortable driving in various weather conditions and navigating rural roads.

• Availability to work a flexible schedule (shifts are typically 8–10 hours), including weekends!
