This role sits at the intersection of product management, applied AI, and platform engineering, focused on building and scaling next-generation agentic systems powered by large language models. You will lead strategic initiatives that transform complex, manual workflows into highly automated, intelligent experiences across a large-scale consumer platform. Working closely with engineering, data science, and AI research teams, you will define how LLMs, agents, and human-in-the-loop systems operate in production. The role emphasizes ownership of core AI-driven products that directly impact customer experience, automation efficiency, and business growth. You will shape roadmap decisions, establish AI product standards, and drive experimentation to continuously improve model performance and user outcomes. This is a high-impact position in a fast-paced environment where product thinking and technical depth are equally critical.

Own and drive the end-to-end strategy for agentic AI products, translating ambiguous business opportunities into clear roadmaps, scalable systems, and measurable outcomes across automation and customer experience.

• Lead product development for LLM- and agent-powered systems, from concept through deployment and global scaling
• Define and optimize prompt strategies, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails to balance accuracy, latency, and cost
• Partner closely with engineering and AI teams to design system architecture, APIs, and internal tooling for AI workflows
• Build experimentation frameworks to improve model quality, customer satisfaction, and automation rates
• Establish AI product standards and best practices across the organization, acting as a technical bridge between teams
• Collaborate with external AI partners to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge model capabilities into production systems

5+ years of experience in product management, consulting, or technical roles in high-growth, data-driven environments, with demonstrated exposure to AI or machine learning products. Strong ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels in complex systems.

• Strong understanding of LLMs, agent-based systems, and modern AI product development workflows
• Experience working with engineering teams on APIs, system design, and scalable backend platforms
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL and experimentation-driven decision making
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear product direction for cross-functional stakeholders
• Track record of delivering high-impact, production-grade products in fast-paced environments
• Strong systems thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in consulting or technical product management roles is highly valued

• Base salary range: $160,000 – $200,000, plus equity opportunities
