  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in system architecture, data management, and operational efficiency
Requirements:

This role requires strong experience in business systems, enterprise applications, and cross-functional systems integration within complex operational environments. You should be highly analytical, structured in your thinking, and comfortable bridging business and technical teams.

  • 7+ years of experience in business systems, ERP platforms, enterprise applications, or business analysis roles
  • Proven experience as a business systems manager, product owner, or enterprise systems lead
  • Strong understanding of enterprise workflows across finance, manufacturing, operations, and supply chain systems
  • Experience supporting core business processes such as AP, AR, payroll, and operational data management
  • Ability to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong understanding of system architecture concepts, including APIs, data flows, and integrations
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors in complex environments
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), or MES tools is preferred
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based bonus opportunities
  • Equity participation as part of the long-term compensation package
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching
  • Unlimited PTO and paid holidays
  • Fully remote or hybrid work flexibility within the United States
  • Home office and technology stipend
