We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 and Azure Administrator to manage and optimize critical cloud environments. As a Microsoft 365 and Azure Administrator, you will:

• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user identities, groups, and licensing policies.
• Maintain and configure collaboration environments such as SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams for optimal user experience.
• Administer Azure cloud resources (VMs, VNETs, Storage Accounts), applying governance best practices, RBAC, and cost monitoring.
• Implement and manage security policies, including Conditional Access, MFA, and incident handling via Microsoft 365 Defender.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and standardize environments.
• Oversee backup and disaster recovery routines using Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery.
• Act as a technical reference (SME) in migration and cloud infrastructure modernization projects.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Solid knowledge of networking concepts, DNS, email protocols, and hybrid connectivity (VPN).
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting for managing M365 and Azure modules.
• Experience with Microsoft security and compliance tools.
• Desired certifications: MS-102 (M365 Administrator) or AZ-104 (Azure Administrator).
• Bonus skills: Experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
