Happy To Help Caregiving is currently seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide weekend care for clients in Pocatello, Chubbuck, and surrounding communities.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for part-time weekend work while making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. Whether you're an experienced caregiver, CNA, student, or simply someone who enjoys helping others, we would love to hear from you.

As a Weekend Caregiver, you'll provide non-medical support that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while giving families peace of mind.

What You'll Do

Depending on the client's needs, responsibilities may include:

• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Preparing meals, snacks, and assisting with feeding when needed
• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and maintaining a safe living environment
• Providing medication reminders according to the care plan (no handling or administering medications)
• Assisting with mobility, transfers, walking, and repositioning
• Providing transportation for errands, appointments, and approved outings
• Supporting family caregivers through respite care services
• Following individualized care plans and documenting services provided
• Communicating concerns or changes in client needs to the office team

Our caregivers help create a positive, safe, and respectful environment while promoting each client's independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Patient and respectful with seniors and individuals needing support
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility needs
• Strong communicators with a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required. We provide training and support for the right candidates.

• Location: Pocatello, Chubbuck, and surrounding communities
• Schedule: Weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with flexible hours available
