Content & Social Media Management

• Manage and execute LinkedIn content strategy, including drafting, scheduling, and posting
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience engagement in a timely, professional manner
• Identify trends and opportunities to grow audience reach and engagement
• Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, speaking engagements) into social posts, clips, and written insights

Podcast & Content Operations

• Coordinate podcast scheduling, guest communications, and recording logistics
• Support episode planning, including outlines, talking points, and post-production coordination
• Ensure timely publishing and promotion of podcast episodes across platforms
• Maintain content calendar across podcast and social channels

Brand & Thought Leadership Support

• Partner closely with executive leadership to translate ideas into clear, compelling content
• Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms
• Assist in developing campaigns aligned with key business initiatives (e.g., webinars, regulatory updates, industry trends)

Analytics & Optimization

• Track performance metrics across LinkedIn and podcast platforms
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach
• Continuously refine content strategy based on performance and audience feedback

• 4–6+ years in content, social media, or digital marketing roles
• Strong writing and editing skills (especially for LinkedIn/professional audiences)
• Experience supporting executive or personal brands preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines
• Familiarity with podcast production workflows is a plus
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and follow-through
