THE ROLE

We are looking for an HR Trainee to join our HR Shared Services (HRSS) team. This role is a great opportunity to learn and gain exposure to core HR operations in a fast-paced and
international environment.You will develop practical HR skills while working closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. As part of your learning experience, you will:

Support the preparation and coordination of monthly payroll processes

Assist in employee benefits administration

Contribute to updates and maintenance of the time and attendance system

Collaborate with the HRSS team on day-to-day operational activities

Gain exposure to HR processes and service delivery model

THE PROFILE

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Master’s degree in HR or similar will be highly valued

Strong interest in HR systems and digital transformation

Good communication and teamwork skills

High excel level.

Fluent in English, and valurable other languages as german or french

Conditions:

Full-time internship (Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, including 1 hour lunch break)

Flexible start and end times

Hybrid working model available

Compensation: €850 gross/month (full-time), including lunch allowance
