This role is focused on driving regional B2B marketing impact within a high-growth, global MarTech environment serving the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry. You will be responsible for executing data-driven marketing strategies that directly influence pipeline, revenue, and deal acceleration. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across GTM campaigns, ABM initiatives, events, and sales enablement activities. You will work closely with regional sales teams and account leaders to identify opportunities and turn marketing activity into measurable business outcomes. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and performance-oriented, requiring strong ownership and commercial awareness. It is an opportunity to shape regional demand generation efforts while contributing directly to revenue growth in a global organization operating across multiple markets.
- Plan and execute regional B2B marketing initiatives aligned with pipeline goals, ICP segmentation, and revenue priorities across the assigned market.
- Lead go-to-market execution for product launches and integrated campaigns, ensuring strong alignment with sales and regional stakeholders.
- Identify regional market trends and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies that support demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to support deal progression, especially in late-stage opportunities requiring targeted marketing interventions.
- Execute and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for strategic accounts, driving personalized engagement across the buyer journey.
- Lead regional events and field marketing initiatives, including planning, execution, and post-event conversion follow-up.
- Track, analyze, and report marketing performance based on pipeline and revenue contribution, ensuring accurate attribution and actionable insights.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has strong experience in B2B marketing with a clear focus on pipeline impact, sales collaboration, and account-driven strategies. You should be comfortable working independently in a regional role, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in regional or field marketing roles.
- Proven experience working directly with sales teams on pipeline acceleration and revenue-driven initiatives.
- Hands-on exposure to ABM, event marketing, and account-based campaign execution.
- Background in SaaS, life sciences, or complex B2B solution environments preferred.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect marketing activities to measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong ownership mentality with the ability to manage projects end-to-end independently.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and gaps proactively.
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, product marketing, and global teams.
