- Conduct detailed fit-gap analyses, develop solution blueprints, and create wireframes and process diagrams to support business process discovery and system design.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for functional and solution-related issues, ensuring high-quality delivery and resolution of complex challenges during client engagements.
- Lead project planning activities including work breakdown structures, delivery timelines, and change management coordination to ensure successful execution of implementation programs.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to design and document custom NetSuite solutions, including clear and structured Technical Design Documents.
- Act as a trusted client advisor by providing NetSuite best practices, industry insights, and strategic guidance throughout implementation engagements.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal enablement initiatives, supporting continuous improvement and NetSuite knowledge development across teams.
- Engage in multiple NetSuite functional and technical domains and support ongoing learning across the platform to meet evolving client requirements.
- 5+ years of consulting or industry experience with strong specialization in ERP systems, finance, accounting, or business systems implementation.
- Proven track record leading end-to-end NetSuite implementations, with 10–15+ full lifecycle projects and experience in both functional and technical solution architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in NetSuite platform capabilities, including SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, and SuiteTalk, with the ability to design integrated, end-to-end solutions.
- Experience with NetSuite modules such as Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Revenue Management, Demand Planning, Services Resource Planning, OpenAir, or SuiteCommerce Advanced is highly preferred.
- Strong background in business process analysis, solution design, and enterprise system implementation across varying project sizes and complexities.
- NetSuite certifications such as ERP Consultant, Certified Administrator, or SuiteFoundation are strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead client discussions and handle escalations with minimal support.
- Strong analytical mindset combined with a practical, hands-on approach to solving complex implementation challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is considered an asset.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced consulting environments with occasional travel and flexible working hours based on client needs.
- Competitive base salary with incentive compensation opportunities
- Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage (varies by region)
- Retirement savings plan and employer contributions
- Paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and parental leave
- Fully remote work flexibility with occasional client travel requirements
- Paid training, certification support, and reimbursement for professional exams
- Structured career development with regular performance and growth reviews
- Access to modern tools, technology, and home office stipends (where applicable)
- Strong emphasis on career mobility, mentorship, and continuous learning
