This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI Focus) based in the United States.

This is a high-impact design role focused on shaping intuitive, accessible, and visually polished digital experiences across complex, data-rich products.
You will work across the full design lifecycle, from discovery and research through to high-fidelity UI execution and production-ready delivery.
The role sits at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, requiring strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate insights into scalable design solutions.
A strong emphasis is placed on UI craft, design systems, and creating clarity within complex workflows and datasets.
The environment is highly collaborative, mission-driven, and fast-evolving, with opportunities to influence both product direction and design culture.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end product design efforts, including discovery, user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and high-fidelity UI design.
  • Apply design thinking to complex domains, reframing problems and translating user needs into intuitive, scalable solutions.
  • Conduct and synthesize qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and behavioral data analysis.
  • Design and refine data-rich interfaces, dashboards, and workflows with a strong focus on clarity, accessibility, and usability.
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across web and mobile experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams to align on vision, feasibility, and execution.
  • Use storytelling and design artifacts (user flows, prototypes, specs) to communicate design intent and influence prioritization.
  • Participate in design critiques, sprint ceremonies, and QA cycles to ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and design exploration throughout the design process.
Requirements:
  • 5–7+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products.
  • Proven experience designing data-heavy, content-rich interfaces such as dashboards or enterprise-grade applications (e.g., fintech, edtech, health tech, SaaS).
  • Strong expertise in UI design craft, including visual hierarchy, layout systems, and interaction design.
  • Deep knowledge of human-centered design methodologies, including usability testing, interviews, and workshop facilitation.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and related collaboration or research tools.
  • Solid understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards for web and mobile platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and translate design intent into clear, implementable specifications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions across stakeholders.
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance design workflows, exploration, and decision-making.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership and a passion for inclusive, user-centered design.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary aligned with experience (typically in the range of mid-to-senior level US market compensation).
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Flexible fully remote work environment within the United States.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and additional wellness leave policies.
  • Support for professional development, learning resources, and design tooling.
  • Opportunity to work on impactful, mission-driven digital products with real-world user impact.
