You will contribute to the design and evolution of scalable infrastructure, developer experience tools, and automation systems that enable faster, safer, and more efficient software delivery. - Design, build, and maintain scalable platform solutions that improve developer experience and engineering productivity across multiple teams.
- Develop and operate cloud infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and internal tooling to streamline software delivery processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define and promote best practices in software architecture, observability, and system design.
- Develop production-grade software such as libraries, APIs, CLIs, or internal tools that support engineering workflows.
- Contribute to Kubernetes-based systems, including APIs, operators, and platform-level abstractions.
- Improve system reliability through incident response support, monitoring, and continuous optimization of infrastructure.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify engineering bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and engineering productivity initiatives across the organization.
- Strong foundation in software architecture, cloud computing (AWS), Kubernetes APIs, CI/CD systems, and networking fundamentals.
- Proven experience developing production-ready software such as web applications, libraries, or command-line tools.
- Hands-on experience operating and maintaining cloud infrastructure in production environments.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration in a global engineering environment.
- Experience in platform engineering, developer experience (DevEx), or infrastructure teams is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Golang is a strong plus.
- Experience building Kubernetes operators or working extensively with Kubernetes internals is a plus.
- Familiarity with incident management, observability, and reliability engineering practices is advantageous.
- Experience applying AI concepts or tools within platform engineering contexts is a plus.
- Exposure to engineering productivity metrics, analytics frameworks, or internal developer platforms is highly desirable.
- Participation in knowledge-sharing initiatives such as training programs, courses, or internal learning platforms is considered a plus.
