  • Develop and support customer-facing analytics features, dashboards, and reporting systems that enhance product value.
  • Drive initiatives in data quality, governance, performance optimization, and observability across the data platform.
  • Explore and implement advanced analytics and machine learning use cases such as forecasting, recommendations, and anomaly detection.
  • Support Snowflake data sharing implementations and ensure secure, scalable access to enterprise and customer data.
Requirements:

This role requires a seasoned data engineering professional with strong architectural thinking, hands-on technical depth, and the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.

  • 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, with a proven track record of building scalable data platforms and products.
  • Strong expertise in modern data stack tools including Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Python.
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Looker or similar analytics platforms.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling principles including star and snowflake schema design.
  • Experience delivering data products in partnership with Product and Engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, data security, and data quality best practices.
  • Experience working on machine learning or advanced analytics use cases is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with additional equity and variable compensation opportunities.
  • Fully remote work environment across the United States.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.

  • Monthly home office stipend to support remote work setup.
  • Family planning support and employee wellbeing programs.
  • Learning and development support, including professional growth resources.
