Pay

$28.00 – $38.00 per hour DOE

Schedule

Perform belt moves, including the installation and removal of belt structureOperate underground mining equipment, including:Roof BoltersShuttle CarsContinuous MinersInstall and remove monorail systemsPerform all tasks necessary to advance development sections and retreat longwall operationsComplete fan and power movesPerform shovel crew duties, including cleanup and material handlingSet timbers for ground supportBuild cribs and stoppingsAssist with general underground labor and other duties as assignedFollow all company and MSHA safety regulations and proceduresJob Requirements

Minimum 1 year of underground mining experienceMSHA Certification preferred (training available if needed)High school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to work effectively in a team environmentValid driver’s license requiredMust be willing to work any assigned shift, including days, swings, and gravesMust pass a drug screen and background checkPhysical Requirements

Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts on days or nightsRoutinely lift up to 50 lbsAbility to kneel, bend, and stoop for extended periodsAbility to work safely and remain free from medications, OTC drugs, or supplements that may impair judgment, focus, or performanceSafety
