  • Maintain strong governance over compensation data, documentation, and processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and audit readiness.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings deep compensation expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and experience partnering with business leaders to solve complex compensation challenges. You should be comfortable operating independently, influencing stakeholders, and designing programs that support both employees and organizational goals.

  • 6+ years of progressive compensation experience, including ownership of compensation programs and strategic business partnerships.

  • Proven ability to advise senior leaders on compensation decisions, explain trade-offs, and influence outcomes.
  • Experience independently managing annual compensation review cycles and cross-functional compensation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of compensation best practices, market trends, regulatory considerations, and governance requirements.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver clear business recommendations.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience designing or administering incentive compensation programs, including sales or corporate bonus structures.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, taking ownership, and proactively identifying solutions.
