This role is designed for an entrepreneurial technical leader who wants to build and scale AI-powered SaaS products from the ground up.
You will transform validated business ideas into real products by designing architectures, shipping quickly, and creating scalable technology foundations.
Working closely with business leaders, you will own technical strategy, execution, and product evolution from early-stage development through growth.
The position requires a hands-on builder mindset, combining software engineering expertise with strong product intuition and customer understanding.
You will have significant autonomy to make technical decisions, establish engineering standards, and directly influence business outcomes.

As an AI Tech Leader, you will be responsible for turning customer-driven concepts into scalable AI-powered products. You will combine technical ownership, execution speed, and strategic thinking to build reliable solutions while establishing the foundations for future engineering growth.

• Own the technical vision, architecture, and execution roadmap for AI-driven SaaS products.
• Transform validated customer needs into functional, scalable software solutions.
• Build and launch initial product versions quickly using modern AI tools, frameworks, and development practices.
• Develop AI-powered features leveraging LLMs, agents, and emerging technologies.
• Prioritize customer-driven development by building solutions based on real market needs and feedback.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, performance, security, and maintainability from the beginning.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders on product decisions, customer demos, integrations, and technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide practical solutions that support business growth.
• Establish engineering practices, standards, and documentation to support future technical teams.
• Prepare the technology foundation for scaling products and onboarding additional engineers.

The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous technical professional with proven experience building SaaS products and applying AI technologies in real-world environments. You should combine strong engineering capabilities with business awareness, ownership mentality, and the ability to move quickly in an early-stage setting.

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping SaaS products.
• Previous experience as a founding engineer, technical co-founder, or equivalent technical leadership role.
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, and modern AI development tools.
• Strong software engineering background with experience designing scalable applications.
• Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
• Experience taking products from concept validation to production deployment.
• Strong understanding of product development cycles and customer-focused engineering.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term scalability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to technical challenges.
• Full-time commitment and willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
