Love hospitality, guest interaction, and delivering exceptional dining experiences? Manthey Hospitality is hiring Servers to provide polished, attentive service and premier dining experiences for the launch of Nashville Riverboats.
About Us
Nashville Riverboats delivers unforgettable sightseeing cruises, dining experiences, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We blend Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising into one-of-a-kind experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide them with dining details.
- Maintain an organized and clean waiting area.
- Create seating charts, table assignments, and seat guests in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Assist guests with needs throughout the duration of the cruise.
What You Bring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Must successfully complete Manthey Hospitality training courses.
