We are seeking a motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our remote care team and make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives.
Job Summary
The Remote Physiological Monitoring Nurse will be responsible for reviewing patient vital sign data collected through connected RPM devices and engaging patients in their care plans. This role focuses on identifying abnormal readings, educating patients, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with providers to support improved health outcomes through ongoing remote monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review patient vital sign data from connected RPM devices, including blood pressure cuffs, pulse oximeters, chest sensors, and weight scales.
- Identify abnormal or concerning readings and escalate appropriately based on established clinical protocols.
- Communicate with patients regularly via phone to provide education, support, and encouragement.
- Engage patients in their care plans to improve adherence and long-term participation in the RPM program.
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and clinical concerns in the Monovo Clinician Portal (MCP).
- Collaborate with providers and internal care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Track patient compliance, device utilization, and engagement metrics.
- Complete required monthly check-ins and ongoing monitoring reviews.
Qualifications
- Active U.S. Compact RN License
- Prior clinical nursing experience with the ability to assess patient symptoms, trends, and changes in condition.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to recognize when patient readings or symptoms require follow-up or escalation.
- Ability to work independently while staying within RN scope of practice and company protocols.
- Comfortable reviewing patient data, identifying trends, and determining appropriate next steps.
- Strong patient education skills, including the ability to explain clinical information in simple, patient-friendly language.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with providers, including summarizing concerns, patient context, trends, actions taken, and recommendations or requests.
- Strong documentation habits, including timely, objective, and accurate charting.
- High attention to detail and ability to consistently follow clinical workflows and processes.
- Proactive follow-through with patients, providers, and internal team members.
- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Strong personal accountability, integrity, and reliability in a remote work environment.
- Ability to protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA-compliant practices.
- Comfortable using technology, remote monitoring platforms, EHR systems, and communication tools.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfort using technology, electronic health records (EHR), and remote monitoring platforms.
- Ability to identify trends and recognize when escalation is necessary.
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused approach to care.
- Ability to work independently in a HIPAA-compliant remote environment.
- Experience in remote patient monitoring, chronic care management, telehealth, care coordination, or population health.
- Experience supporting patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, heart failure, COPD, obesity, or other long-term conditions.
- Experience educating patients who may be resistant, inconsistent, or non-adherent with care plans.
- Experience communicating directly with providers or care teams using structured clinical updates.
- Experience working in a remote role that required independent time management and productivity.
Requirements
- Commitment to a set shift and schedule from 1pm–8pm MST Monday - Friday
- U.S. work authorization
- Must reside in UT or TX
- Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing a screen, typing, navigating multiple systems, and remaining seated for much of the workday.
- Must maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace at home where patient information can be discussed, viewed, and documented confidentially.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection that supports video calls, phone calls, EHR access, remote monitoring platforms, and other required systems.

The pay range for this role is:
36 - 36 USD per hour(Remote)
