Position: Leasing Associate
Location: Serving Belleair Place and Bayside Court, our resident communities in Clearwater, FL

What We're Looking For:

• 🏢 Experience leasing and marketing affordable communities
• 💻 Yardi property management software experience
• 🌟 A proven track record of achieving high resident satisfaction results
• 🌎 Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required!

Responsibilities:

• Manage all leasing inquiries including phone calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and energy
• Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
• Create and distribute engaging marketing materials to drive occupancy
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current residents
• Demonstrate highly motivated, high-energy sales skills with excellent closing ability
• Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect to deliver a personalized experience
• Thrive in a professional, performance-driven, fast-paced team environment

Qualifications:
Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of leasing experience; multi-family leasing with new construction preferred
• Yardi software experience preferred

Skills & Certifications:

• Strong phone sales and customer service skills
• Performance-driven with a growth mindset
• Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-up technique
• Strong problem-solving skills and professional demeanor
• Personable phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
• Valid Driver's License required
