Within Avionics, the Surveillance product line develops and sustains systems that enable aircraft awareness, collision avoidance, and airspace interoperability. Our portfolio includes TCAS, Mode S transponders, ADS-B, and integrated surveillance solutions deployed across commercial, military, and rotorcraft platforms. This work is performed in highly regulated environments and demands deep expertise across systems, hardware, software, and program execution throughout the full product lifecycle.

We are seeking a Program Planning & Controls Specialist to support program execution within the Surveillance product line. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining program schedules, tracking performance against plan, and providing visibility into risks, cost, and schedule performance.

You will work closely with Program Managers and cross-functional engineering teams to support planning, execution, tracking, and reporting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring programs remain aligned to cost, schedule, and performance commitments while enabling proactive decision-making through structured program controls.
