Job Description
Position Description: Leadership & Functional Oversight
· Provide functional (dotted-line) leadership to Sales & Marketing Directors at assigned communities, ensuring alignment with corporate sales standards and goals.
· Coach Independent Living (IL) sales teams on best practices in relationship selling, closing techniques, CRM utilization, lead management, and pipeline development.
· Model Forefront Living’s values of Diversity, Integrity, Stewardship, and Compassion in all interactions with teammates, residents, families, and external partners.
Sales Strategy & Performance Management
· Drive IL occupancy through targeted strategies that increase lead volume, improve conversion rates, and optimize the customer experience.
· Conduct monthly performance reviews, analyzing sales metrics, trends, and outcomes to develop data-driven recommendations and action plans.
· Support communities in evaluating and executing IL marketing plans that maximize revenue and market penetration.
· Ensure consistent use of CRM tools and accurate documentation of sales activity, leads, and customer interactions.
Marketing & Market Positioning
· Monitor IL marketing budgets in collaboration with community leadership and corporate partners.
· Identify competitive opportunities and maintain knowledge of local market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activity.
· Collaborate with corporate marketing to implement plans, campaigns, events, and promotional strategies that elevate Forefront Living’s brand presence.
· Encourage and support creative, community-specific initiatives to drive awareness and engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Partner with the Corporate Director and Healthcare Sales & Marketing Director in the development of annual budgets and projections.
· Work closely with community operations, customer service, and other departments to resolve customer needs and support inquiry-to-move-in success.
· Facilitate open communication and strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
Other Duties
· Travel regularly to Forefront Living locations.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support organizational needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field preferred.
· Five years of senior living, healthcare, business development, or related sales leadership experience in a multi-site system (entry-fee sales experience preferred).
· Demonstrated expertise in senior living or healthcare markets, including customer needs, sales cycles, and competitive positioning.
· Strong technical and documentation skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and current auto liability insurance.
· Ability to maintain professionalism and stable disposition when working with residents, families, and staff.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to influence and lead without direct authority.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
· Commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
· Ability to meet physical demands and comply with safety policies, Employee Responsibilities, and the Resident Bill of Rights.

· Strategic sales leadership and ability to influence outcomes through coaching and collaboration.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software.

· Ability to document work accurately and in a timely manner.
