Registered Nurse- Holding Area -Cath Lab/EP Lab in Syracuse, New York at Crouse Hospital

The Holding Area Nurse is a critical member of the cardiac procedural team, responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the pre- and post-procedural holding areas of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab and Electrophysiology (EP) Lab. This role involves preparing patients for diagnostic and interventional procedures, closely monitoring them post-procedure, managing discharge processes, and ensuring safe transitions of care in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of critical Care, emergency or procedural area nursing experience.
• Prior experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or EP lab settings strongly preferred.
