This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Responsable, Service Généraux based in United States.

This role focuses on optimizing enterprise asset management systems and improving maintenance operations through digital transformation initiatives.
The position plays a key role in driving adoption, standardization, and continuous improvement of EAMS/Maximo solutions across facilities teams.
You will help strengthen operational efficiency by developing training programs, improving workflows, and ensuring high-quality system usage.
Working closely with maintenance, engineering, IT, and operational stakeholders, you will translate business needs into practical system improvements.
The role supports innovative maintenance strategies, including condition-based and predictive maintenance capabilities.
You will contribute to building scalable processes, improving data quality, and enabling teams through effective training and user support.

Accountabilities:

The Responsable, Service Généraux will be responsible for enhancing enterprise asset management capabilities, supporting user adoption, and ensuring maintenance processes are aligned with operational goals. The role requires strong collaboration across multiple teams to improve system performance, documentation, training, and digital reliability initiatives.

  • Provide functional ownership and continuous improvement support for EAMS/CMMS platforms, including workflow optimization, system enhancements, and data quality improvements.
  • Analyze user needs and operational challenges to recommend improvements that increase system usability and process consistency.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver role-based training programs, user guides, job aids, and documentation to support effective system adoption.
  • Coordinate onboarding pathways, online learning resources, and training initiatives for new and existing users.
  • Act as a functional support resource by troubleshooting system issues and advising users on best practices.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by enabling condition-based and predictive maintenance workflows within asset management systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, reliability, IT, maintenance, quality, and operations teams to align system capabilities with business requirements.
  • Improve asset structures, work management processes, reporting capabilities, and operational documentation.
  • Support audits and compliance activities by ensuring proper system usage and accurate documentation.
  • Contribute to special projects, system improvements, and initiatives that strengthen operational performance.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong experience with enterprise asset management systems, maintenance operations, and user enablement initiatives. They should combine technical understanding with excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex workflows into practical solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree with six years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with four years of relevant experience.
  • Experience supporting CMMS/EAM systems, preferably IBM Maximo, including functional workflows and optimization.
  • Background in facilities, maintenance, asset management, engineering, or related operational environments.
  • Proven experience developing training materials, user documentation, SOPs, and learning programs.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes, including preventive maintenance, work management, and asset lifecycle practices.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with condition-based maintenance (CBM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) concepts.
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL is a plus.
  • Experience working in regulated environments with strong documentation and data integrity requirements.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence teams, drive adoption, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
