Accountabilities:

The Internal Sales Agent, Broker will engage with prospective and existing customers to promote healthcare products, understand their needs, and guide them toward appropriate solutions. This role requires strong sales execution, customer service skills, and the ability to consistently achieve performance goals while maintaining compliance standards.

  • Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls with prospects and existing members to promote and sell healthcare plan products.
  • Perform customer needs assessments to understand individual requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Build rapport with customers, address concerns, overcome objections, and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Manage lead follow-up activities and identify additional opportunities to support sales growth.
  • Accurately record customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions using CRM systems.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals, call volume targets, and performance metrics.
  • Provide a high-quality customer experience throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer journeys and support business objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to a high-performing sales environment.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented sales professional with strong communication skills, customer focus, and experience working in a performance-driven environment. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing high call volumes, building trust with customers, and working independently in a remote setting.

  • Active health insurance license required.
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, insurance sales, or high-volume customer service environments.
  • Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build customer relationships and effectively identify and address customer needs.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward measurable sales goals.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM local time, including weekends.
  • Availability for overtime and weekend work during peak sales periods.
  • Professional home office setup with a quiet, dedicated, and distraction-free workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Healthcare or telecommunications sales experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with sales KPIs and performance tracking is a plus.
