Group/Floor Tech Leader Position Summary
*FLOOR TECH*
Works under the direction of a supervisor; being highly trained and skilled with all aspects of the Environmental Services Cleaning Procedures in Manual, infectious Control policies, JCAHO Standards Policies, Hazardous materials, Institutional Waste, Educate and train Others. Performance will adhere to training, and Environmental Aide tasks.
Group/Floor Tech Leader Position Requirements
Education
- 10th grade or equivalent preferred
Experience
- No previous experience required
Group/Floor Tech Leader Work Schedule
- Days, Evenings, or Nights Shifts. Will require working during the weekends and holidays.
- Expected to respond in the event of a disaster.
- Demonstrates personal responsibility for maintaining a satisfactory attendance record.
Group/Floor Tech Leader Benefits

At TidalHealth, full-time employees working at least 72 hours per pay period, part-time employees working at least 36 hours per pay period and part-time employees working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
