About the Role

Events are one of HeyMarvin's highest-touch ways to build pipeline and brand credibility with the product and research leaders we sell to. As Event Marketing Manager, you'll own our global event program end-to-end, from the annual strategy and calendar down to on-site execution, across 30+ in-person and virtual events a year, including conferences, webinars, and executive dinners.

You won't just run logistics; you'll build the strategic framework for which events we show up to and why, turn our webinar program into a scalable engine, and own the full lead lifecycle so every event converts into tracked, followed-up pipeline. You'll work closely with revenue operations, demand gen, sales, and product marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy and calendar. Build and maintain the global event playbook — sponsorships, webinars, field marketing — with clear goals and KPIs for each event type, and manage our event roadmap based on potential pipeline impact, audience quality, and brand fit.
  • Webinar program. Collaborate with content leadership to own the webinar engine end-to-end via Goldcast, aligning it to marketing goals and content strategy.
  • On-site execution. Serve as on-site lead for major activations, including booth experience, on-site logistics, vendor and venue coordination, and real-time troubleshooting.
  • Pipeline and lead ops. Own the lead-to-sales handoff: capture workflows, CRM data flow (Salesforce/HubSpot campaigns), and RSVP/attendee goals tied to pipeline targets.
  • Reporting. Own event data and reporting, including sourced vs. influenced pipeline, shared on a regular cadence with GTM leadership.
  • Budget. Manage the event budget with an ROI lens.
  • Project management skills and team enablement. Build repeatable processes in Asana and relevant playbooks so events can run with minimal hand-holding from you.
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of field or event marketing experience, with a track record of owning event strategy and partnering closely with Sales to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ownership of the full event-to-pipeline lifecycle: lead capture, CRM handoff (Salesforce and HubSpot), and attribution.
  • Actively problem-solves and enjoys creating structure where it doesn't yet exist, from project management to venue negotiations to asset approval.
  • Strong project management skills: comfortable managing multiple events simultaneously, juggling vendors, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complex plans into actionable briefs for cross-functional partners.
  • Budget management experience: forecasting costs, tracking spend, and calculating ROI to justify the right investments.
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats, traveling as needed for on-site events, and moving fast in a startup environment.
  • Plus:
    • B2B SaaS marketing experience
    • Experience with Goldcast or a similar webinar platform
    • Experience using Asana (or similar) for project management
    • Can leverage AI workflows to scale team impact
Why Join Us?

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will directly influence our company’s revenue growth and customer success. You will be the go-to expert who defines how our customers and internal teams understand and use our product.

The Base Salary range for this position is $1400,000 - $160,000 annually. Final offers will be determined with factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for benefits.
