Program Analyst in Remote, Arizona at Dine Development Corporation

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Analyst to support the successful execution of government programs by providing analytical, administrative, and operational support to program management. The Program Analyst will assist with planning, tracking, reporting, scheduling, financial monitoring, documentation, and coordination between internal teams, customers, and subcontractors to ensure contract objectives are achieved on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day execution of assigned government contracts and programs.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, action item trackers, and performance metrics.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership and government customers.
• Assist Program Managers with project planning, resource coordination, and task tracking.
• Monitor contract deliverables and help ensure milestones are completed on schedule.
• Support budget tracking, financial reporting, and expenditure monitoring.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items.
• Develop, review, and maintain program documentation, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
• Assist with risk management activities, including identifying, documenting, and tracking program risks.
• Maintain contract records and ensure documentation complies with customer and company requirements.
• Support proposal efforts, transition planning, and special projects assigned.

Qualifications:

• Years of Experience: 3 years experience
• Education Level: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Clearance Requirements: Secret
