About the Role
Redhorse Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior FMS Program Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on a critical Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program. You will play a crucial role in facilitating the acquisition and program management support for the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Japan Program, directly impacting international defense cooperation and national security. This is a high-visibility position offering significant professional growth opportunities within Redhorse and the defense industry.
- Provide programmatic and acquisition support to the FMS Program Manager.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and various offices in planning FMS management meetings, dates, and agendas.
- Coordinate the development of briefings, action item responses, official questions, etc., for high-level program meetings.
- Provide support in coordinating meetings, setting up conference rooms, VTCs, and teleconferences.
- Draft memorandums, white papers, and talking points for Japan Program Leadership on key topics and strategies.
- Develop, complete, file, and track Foreign Visit Requests (FVR), Notice of Visit (NOV), and Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) requests.
- Develop schedules, analyze schedules, provide program impact analysis, and provide solutions to minimize program impact due to schedule changes.
- Oversee a team consisting of internal and external organizations in a workflow process to develop products and finalize tasks within schedule and meet deadlines.
- Assist in coordinating and reviewing documents for approval and release to Foreign Military Sale partners and allies.
- Develop tracking spreadsheets and maintain status of action items, official questions, and responses.
- BA/BS degree
- 10+ years of experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Excellent analytical skills to effectively review information.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Effective oral and written communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to understand processes, anticipate next steps, and communicate them effectively.
- Some Aegis Combat System or Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense System background.
- Experience working directly with foreign military partners on FMS programs.
- Experience with the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense Weapon System and the SM-3 missile.
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
- Experience with proposal development and submission for government contracts.
- Advanced knowledge of acquisition regulations and procedures.
The salary range provided for this position represents the anticipated base salary for successful candidates. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, security clearance level, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in Redhorse's comprehensive benefits programs and may be eligible for performance-based or other incentive compensation, where applicable.
