On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000-$120,000

Knine All Systems is looking for a driven, polished Account Executive to help grow our mid-market business. This role is built for someone who can prospect, build trust quickly, manage a disciplined sales process, and close new business consistently. The right person is competitive, organized, coachable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.

We specialize in the design, installation, and support of access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarm systems for commercial clients. In addition to our core security offerings, we also provide fire alarm systems, structured cabling infrastructure, and audio-visual solutions. What You'll Do
•Source, develop, and close new business opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly quota
•Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
•Run discovery, presentations, demos, and client meetings with confidence
•Partner with internal solutions and technical resources to develop proposals and move deals forward
•Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and provide reliable forecasting
•Exceed outbound activity expectations across calls, emails, and meetings
•Build a strong working knowledge of Knine All Systems' products and services
•Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers throughout the buying process
•Share client feedback and market insight with the Sales Manager and leadership team
•Report directly to a Sales Manager
What You Bring
•Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
•Strong presentation skills and executive presence
•Excellent account management habits, follow-through, and attention to detail
•Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive attitude and strong desire to learn
•At least 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience
•Strong relationship-building and rapport-development skills
•Ability to thrive in a dynamic, competitive, fast-paced environment
•Tenacity, self-motivation, and a strong internal drive to improve and win
•Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
•Experience with Pipedrive and ZoomInfo is a plus

Compensation
•On-target earnings of $85,000-$120,000
•Compensation structure to be discussed during the interview process
Work Location
This is an on-site role based in Dallas, Georgia, with in-office presence expected five days per week.
