Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $96,000 - $121,500 annually, depending on experience.
Incentive Bonus: Eligible for up to $42,000 in performance incentives (average annual payout is $16,000).
Time Off: 5 weeks of PTO in the first year, increasing to 8 weeks in the second year and beyond.

Position Summary
The Residential Clinical Manager is responsible for the clinical quality, compliance, and successful day-to-day operations of our residential treatment facilities. In this role, you will lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team of clinicians and peer support specialists who provide critical, round-the-clock support to individuals facing severe and persistent mental health challenges. You will direct values-driven program goals while ensuring high-quality clinical care and strict regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of the residential program’s values, mission, and long-term goals.
Regulatory Excellence: Oversee and audit clinical records to guarantee absolute compliance with agency policies, Medicaid, Medicare, and external licensing/audit requirements.
Direct High-Quality Care: Supervise and direct the delivery of comprehensive clinical services, including assessments, individual and group therapy, life skills development, intensive case management, and structured treatment and discharge planning.
Team Supervision: Mentor, supervise, and support a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and peer support specialists, promoting a collaborative and high-performing clinical environment.
Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field is required.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical treatment setting, including at least 3 years in a direct supervisory or clinical management role.
Licensure: Professional clinical licensure or certification in the state of Alaska is highly preferred.
Clinical Expertise: Strong knowledge of target populations, including individuals managing severe mental illness (SMI), substance use disorders, or complex, high-risk psychiatric conditions.
Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership and performance management skills, with the ability to effectively guide and collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
