Part Time Floater Cleaner in Bloomington, Indiana at Reedliable Commercial Cleaning

Corporate Cleaning Group is seeking a Part-Time Cleaner

The shift is: During the Day and Evening - Mon - Fri and some Saturdays with notice

Location: Bloomington Area

Pay is: $15-$16/Hr.

Position Summary

Floaters are flexible, dependable cleaning professionals who travel to multiple customer locations within the

same shift. This role requires adaptability, reliability, and a positive attitude to ensure all facilities are cleaned

to company and customer standards. Floaters are problem-solvers who step in wherever needed to keep

operations running smoothly and customers happy.

What You'll Do

• Clean and Disinfect – Perform daily cleaning tasks such as restocking supplies, disinfecting surfaces, restroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting/ sanitizing surfaces.
• Multi-Site Coverage – Travel to and complete cleaning assignments at multiple customer locations during the same shift.
• Keep it Fresh – Maintain neat and organized closets. Follow our Maintenance Monday procedures to ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
• Support Safety – Follow all cleaning, safety, and sanitation guidelines; including ensuring facilities are secure before leaving.
• Hours in Harmony – Clock in and clock out for each work shift.
• Operational Excellence – Follow Job Cards and complete Close Down Checklists. Additional documentation may be required depending on the facility.
• Team Spirit – Work independently and as part of a supportive, friendly team.
• Make an Impact – Take pride in leaving every space better than you found it.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic—experience is helpful but not required (we’ll train you!).
• Reliability and attention to detail.
• Understanding and accepting that inspections of your area will be conducted and be open to constructive feedback when there are areas that need more attention.
• Respond with urgency to any areas that need more attention as a result of an inspection.
• Ability to work on your feet and handle repetitive physical tasks.
• Report any matter that goes against company policy or would harm the company.
• Respectful, professional, and team-oriented.

• Comfortable working alone.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 10 lbs.
