As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in keeping complex land development projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward. You'll partner with landscape architects, project managers, clients, attorneys, permitting agencies, and internal teams to help deliver successful projects from kickoff through completion.If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:As a trusted partner to our Planning & Landscape Architecture teams, you'll help coordinate every stage of project delivery by:
  • Managing project documentation, correspondence, and deliverables from draft through final submission
  • Coordinating with clients, municipalities, attorneys, and internal project teams throughout the permitting process
  • Tracking project schedules, milestones, budgets, and critical deadlines
  • Preparing applications, reports, proposals, contracts, hearing exhibits, and other client-facing documents
  • Organizing project kickoff meetings, milestone reviews, and closeout activities
  • Setting up projects, managing project financials, and keeping our PM tools, project budgets/forecasting, and project data current and accurate
  • Researching due diligence information and site investigation reports
  • Managing electronic project files and document control using Newforma and other systems
  • Coordinating field work, consultants, subcontractors, and time-sensitive project deliverables
  • Helping project managers stay focused on delivering exceptional service by keeping projects organized and moving forward

What You'll Bring:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of administrative or project coordination experience supporting management or project teams
  • Experience in landscape architecture, civil engineering, land development, environmental consulting, surveying, architecture, construction, or a related industry is preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
  • A positive, collaborative attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
