This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Shared Services Associate based in India.

This is a remote opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who combines administrative expertise with data analysis skills to support operational excellence.
The role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights, improving workflows, and enabling informed decision-making across teams.
You will work with reporting tools, dashboards, and operational systems to ensure accurate information and efficient processes.

Accountabilities:

The Shared Services Associate will provide analytical and administrative support to internal teams by managing reporting processes, improving operational visibility, and ensuring accurate data management. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate insights clearly.

  • Serve as a first-level support resource, responding to internal inquiries with timely, professional, and data-informed solutions.
  • Create, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support operational decision-making.
  • Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, including support platforms, billing systems, and operational tools.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Generate reports and automated analytics processes that improve visibility, tracking, and team performance.
  • Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards across reporting tools and datasets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Client Services, Operations, and Account Management.
  • Present analytical findings in a clear and accessible way to support business improvements.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and additional operational projects as needed.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a data-focused professional with experience in analytics, business intelligence, administration, or operations support. They should have strong technical abilities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, administrative support, or operations roles preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including dashboard development, DAX, and data modeling.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and data organization.
  • Familiarity with Power Query is a plus.
  • Experience using SQL or other data querying tools for extracting and transforming datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain data insights clearly.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively while also managing tasks independently.
