- Develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities, account research, and targeted outreach campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, conferences, and other engagement channels.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads by understanding customer needs, mapping key contacts, and creating sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales managers, account executives, marketing teams, and other internal stakeholders to strengthen pipeline development efforts.
- Conduct opportunity development activities as part of strategic marketing campaigns and support revenue growth initiatives.
- Maintain accurate prospect and account information within Salesforce and other sales technology platforms.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly goals related to qualified opportunities and sales pipeline contribution.
- Develop strong knowledge of product solutions, industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics to effectively engage prospects.
- Participate in client meetings, conferences, and company events to support relationship-building and business development activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Completion of an internship or relevant practical experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related area.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, prospects, and internal teams.
- Highly motivated, persuasive, resourceful, and driven by measurable results.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.

- Experience with Salesforce, Teams, or similar business tools is preferred.
- Approximately one year of relevant professional experience is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Competitive salary range of $54,900–$119,830 USD, depending on location, experience, education, skills, and qualifications.
