Kaizen Collision Center is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join our Lemon Grove team and help keep repairs moving efficiently from start to finish.

Our Lemon Grove location serves customers throughout Lemon Grove, La Mesa, Spring Valley, El Cajon, Chula Vista, National City, San Diego, and surrounding communities. With a high volume of work and a strong reputation for quality repairs, we're looking for someone who understands collision parts, stays organized, and works well with technicians, estimators, and vendors to keep production on schedule.

If you have experience working with Tesla or other electric vehicles (EVs), we especially want to hear from you. As EV repairs continue to grow, experience sourcing specialized components and understanding manufacturer-specific parts requirements is a valuable asset.

• Order, source, and track collision repair parts accurately
• Procure OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and reconditioned parts
• Manage parts returns, credits, warranty claims, and vendor communication
• Verify incoming parts for accuracy and damage before repairs begin
• Work closely with estimators, technicians, and production staff throughout the repair process
• Monitor backorders and resolve parts issues quickly to prevent production delays
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department
• Help improve cycle time by ensuring technicians have the right parts at the right time

• Previous collision repair parts experience required
• Tesla and/or electric vehicle (EV) parts experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and alternative parts sourcing
• Experience with collision repair estimating systems is a plus
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
