Breakfast Attendant in Wilmington, North Carolina at Ideal Hospitality

As a Breakfast Attendant at Holiday Inn Express - Wilmington Medical District, you’ll help create a welcoming and enjoyable start to our guests’ day. In this role, you’ll prepare and maintain the breakfast area, keep items stocked and organized, and provide friendly guest service throughout breakfast hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast area each morning
• Prepare, restock, and organize food, beverages, and supplies
• Keep the breakfast area clean, sanitized, and welcoming
• Greet guests and assist with questions or requests
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
• Monitor inventory and notify management of needed supplies
• Perform cleanup and closing duties after breakfast service
• Work closely with other hotel team members to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Serve Safe Certification preferred, but not required
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to cleanliness and detail
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout shifts
• Food service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
