Job Description

Change Management Senior Analyst

The Change Management Senior Analyst is a member of Sidleys Organizational Effectiveness team and supports the successful adoption of strategic initiatives, business process improvements, and technology transformations across the Firm. Working with business leaders, project teams, and stakeholders, the Senior Analyst develops and implements change management approaches and deliverables that support organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, user adoption, and sustainable business outcomes while minimizing disruption.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage change management activities and deliverables for assigned strategic, operational, and technology initiatives.

  • Develop and implement change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption activities, in alignment with project objectives.

  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify adoption risks, barriers, and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.

  • Partner with project managers, business leaders, and key stakeholders to support alignment, readiness, and effective implementation of change initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver communications, presentations, messaging, and other materials to promote awareness and engagement throughout the change lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to develop and support role-based training, learning resources, and user enablement activities.

  • Monitor and analyze adoption, readiness, and engagement measures and recommend actions to improve change outcomes.

  • Prepare dashboards, status reports, and presentations communicating progress, risks, adoption results, and organizational impacts to project and business stakeholders.

  • Contribute to improvements to the Firms change management methodology, processes, tools, and templates based on project experience and identified needs.

  • Research emerging change management, organizational effectiveness, and digital adoption practices and recommend relevant enhancements to Firm practices.

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in organizational change management, business transformation, organizational development, consulting, or strategic project initiatives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing communications and presentations for varied stakeholder audiences.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting enterprise technology implementations, such as cloud platforms, collaboration tools, knowledge management, ERP, CRM, document management, or other business applications.

  • Experience in a global professional services organization, law firm, accounting firm, or management consulting environment.

  • Prosci, ACMP CCMP, Change Management Institute, or comparable change management certification.

  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean, Six Sigma, or related project/process improvement certification.

The target salary range for this role is:

$85,600 - $117,700 if located in Illinois

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
