We are currently seeking a professional and organized Vacation Booking Coordinator to assist with coordinating travel reservations and client vacation planning in a remote environment.

This role focuses on supporting clients with vacation packages, resort stays, cruises, and travel-related arrangements while ensuring a smooth and accurate booking experience.

• Assist with coordinating vacation reservations and travel arrangements
• Organize client information, preferences, and booking details
• Review reservations for accuracy and completeness
• Communicate confirmations, updates, and itinerary information
• Maintain organized records of client interactions and bookings
• Support clients throughout the planning and reservation process

• Must be 18+ and based in the United States
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Comfortable using email, online systems, and scheduling tools
