Accountabilities:
  • Lead statistical activities for complex clinical studies within General Medicine therapeutic areas.
  • Provide statistical input, review, and quality oversight for protocols, Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), randomization specifications, TLG shells, and clinical study documentation.
  • Conduct and oversee statistical analyses to support study objectives, regulatory submissions, and scientific reporting.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and research teams to develop sound statistical strategies and defend methodological approaches.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Clinical Study Reports (CSRs), publications, presentations, and scientific communications.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, audits, compliance activities, and the maintenance of statistical standards and procedures.
  • Stay current with emerging developments in biostatistics and drug development methodologies, contributing to innovation and scientific advancement.
  • Participate in statistical training, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within broader research and analytics teams.
Requirements:
  • Doctorate degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative field preferred.
  • Alternatively, Master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant biostatistics experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of related experience.
  • Strong expertise in statistical methodologies applied to clinical research and drug development.
  • Experience supporting clinical trials, statistical analysis planning, and regulatory documentation within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with statistical quality control processes, compliance standards, and clinical reporting requirements.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional scientific, clinical, and operational teams.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
  • Experience contributing to scientific publications, presentations, or applied statistical research is highly valued.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced research environment.
