This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and decision-making, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive operational performance and business efficiency. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining reporting solutions that support leadership and operational teams across multiple functions. Working in a highly collaborative analytics environment, you will translate business requirements into scalable dashboards and data models. The position requires strong SQL and visualization expertise, along with the ability to independently manage analytics initiatives from concept to delivery. You will also contribute to improving data quality, reporting automation, and analytical best practices across the organization. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role where your insights directly shape operational outcomes and continuous improvement efforts.
- Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data across multiple systems.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation, cleansing, documentation, and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
- Lead or support analytics projects and deliver high-quality insights within defined timelines.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support ongoing enhancements to data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Contribute to standardization and best practices in reporting and analytics delivery.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience developing dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy, documentation, and analytical rigor.
- Familiarity with Databricks or similar data platforms is a plus.
- Exposure to ETL processes or data engineering concepts is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with project coordination or analytics delivery methodologies is a plus.
- Annual salary range of approximately $68,000 to $113,400, depending on experience and location.
- Eligibility for annual performance-based bonus.
