  • Establish governance frameworks to identify risks, dependencies, and execution issues while coordinating mitigation and executive reporting.
  • Support revenue expansion initiatives by operationalizing reseller, MSP, and ISV partnership motions and ensuring execution readiness.
  • Ensure compliance with partner policies and maintain high-quality program documentation and operational standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, product management, alliances, or vendor management within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, including scope definition, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems, channel programs, or strategic alliances in a software or enterprise technology context.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate program performance using data, metrics, and operational insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders in matrixed, fast-moving environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems, ideally including corporate performance management or related platforms.
  • High organizational discipline with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.

Benefits:

  • Life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan
