This role sits at the core of global IT infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, performance, and resilience across critical data center environments. You will be responsible for the stability and optimization of servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling systems that support large-scale enterprise operations. Working within a highly collaborative technical environment, you will help maintain business continuity while improving efficiency and reliability across infrastructure systems. The position combines hands-on operational expertise with strategic input into capacity planning and infrastructure evolution. You will interact closely with engineering teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to support critical infrastructure decisions. This is a high-impact role where precision, problem-solving, and operational excellence directly influence global service delivery.

• Oversee the installation, monitoring, maintenance, and operation of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and supporting systems, ensuring continuous availability and optimal performance.
• Monitor and manage critical environmental and infrastructure metrics such as power usage, cooling efficiency, capacity planning, and system performance to ensure operational stability.
• Manage incidents, problems, and change control processes in complex environments, ensuring minimal risk and controlled execution of infrastructure changes.
• Collaborate with engineering and infrastructure teams to design, upgrade, and optimize data center architecture and capacity expansion plans.
• Maintain compliance with security, privacy, and industry regulations while supporting vendor coordination and service provider engagement.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance performance, resilience, and cost-effectiveness across data center operations.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or data center engineering, with strong exposure to enterprise-scale data center operations and strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure components including power systems (UPS, generators, PDUs), cooling systems, rack design, fire suppression, and structured cabling.
• Experience working with redundancy models (N, N+1, 2N), network architecture, and high-availability infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes in complex IT environments.
• Strong vendor management, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills across technical and operational teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess infrastructure performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
