Tax Reporting Manager in at Centro.team

Are you an experienced tax professional with a strong background? We are looking for a Tax reporting manager who will take full ownership of the Group's tax reporting and compliance processes. You'll be part of a result-oriented and motivated team team in a people-oriented environment that values trust, collaboration, and mutual support.

Requirements for the candidate:

• 3-4 years of experience in indirect tax, VAT, GST or Sales Tax compliance
• Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdictional tax reporting (EU, UK, US, Canada)
• Experience coordinating external tax advisors across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; ability to work with large transaction datasets
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced international environment
• Experience in digital businesses, fintech or technology companies is highly desirable
• Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• English level B2

Responsibilities:

• Manage indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Review and validate transaction data, tax reports and filings for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain and govern VAT, GST and Sales Tax rates; monitor legislative changes and coordinate implementation
• Perform periodic reconciliations between tax charged, reported and paid
• Monitor US economic nexus thresholds and coordinate state registration processes
• Support corporate tax compliance activities for Group entities
• Maintain tax compliance calendar and ensure all deadlines are met
• Prepare documentation for audits, authority requests and compliance reviews
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of tax processes
