We are partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit professional and service-oriented Concierge to join a high-standard hotel operation.
This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering refined service, understand 5-star standards, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the ultimate "insider," securing exclusive restaurant reservations, sold-out event tickets, and bespoke local experiences for guests.
Oversee the "Door-to-Room" journey, ensuring the Bell Team handles luggage with extreme care and guests are welcomed with a polished, 5-star first impression.
Provide sophisticated recommendations on hidden gems, cultural landmarks, and high-end shopping, tailored specifically to each guest's profile.
Coordinate luxury chauffeur services, private jet handlers, and complex travel itineraries (flights, trains, tours) with flawless timing.
Lead personalized room escorts, elegantly explaining high-tech room features, hotel amenities, and customized services to ensure guest comfort.
Supervise the secure storage and delivery of guest luggage, high-value packages, and "Lost & Found" items with meticulous record-keeping.
Communicate guest preferences and special requests (e.g., specific floral arrangements or pillow types) to Guest Relations and Housekeeping.
Maintain a commanding and professional presence at the Concierge Desk, ensuring the lobby and entrance areas remain pristine, organized, and welcoming.
Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Concierge or in a senior guest-facing role within a 5-star hotel or ultra-luxury resorts.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.
Impeccable grooming, sophisticated posture, and a confident "service-first" attitude that reflects the hotels prestigious brand image.
Ability to handle "impossible" requests with grace, using creativity and persistence to find solutions under high-pressure deadlines.
Proficiency in Property Management Systems and digital concierge platforms.
Ability to remain active in the lobby and occasionally assist with guest luggage or movement throughout the property.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build instant rapport with high-net-worth individuals and global travelers.
Willingness to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
