Maintenance Assistant - Senior Living in Katy, Texas at Cima Senior Living

• Competitive Pay: $15- $18/hour + Credit for experience
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm | On-call hours required

• Assist with all building maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and compliance with safety codes
• Support housekeeping and maintenance staff while monitoring vendor contracts, inspections, and daily work orders
• Maintain and monitor critical systems such as HVAC, emergency systems, elevators, and landscaping
• Respond to after-hours emergencies, and contribute to long-term facility improvement and renovation planning
• Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and activities
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed

• High school diploma/GED
• At least 2 year(s) prior experience in a similar maintenance position
• Advanced training in electrical, mechanical, and technical building systems and equipment preferred
• Physical ability to perform manual work
• 21 years of age or older
