Job Description
Paradise Media is a fast-growing performance marketing company behind some of the most successful affiliate and iGaming brands in the world. We run a global network of high-authority sites across casino, sports, and entertainment built on data, experimentation, and top-tier SEO.
We're a private company with strong capital reserves and no outside investors, making us a stable, independent, and fast-moving place to grow your career. You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, have a real voice in strategy, and see your ideas go live fast.
We're scaling quickly to become one of the largest privately-owned companies in iGaming. A team where smart, driven people can have a massive impact and build something enduring.
About the role
We are hiring a Senior DNS & IT Automation Specialist to help manage and scale the infrastructure behind our iGaming Division. This role sits at the intersection of domain operations, DNS, cloud infrastructure, internal IT systems, and automation.
You will take ownership of critical infrastructure workflows across our domain portfolio, hosting stack, CDN layer, and internal technical operations. As we continue to scale, manual processes and one-off scripts are no longer enough. Your mandate will be to build reliable, repeatable, and secure automation that allows the team to operate at a significantly greater scale.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally comfortable managing DNS at scale, hardening infrastructure, building automation around operational workflows, and supporting broader IT systems across cloud, network, and security environments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Domain, DNS & Infrastructure Operations
- Own and improve the operational pipeline from domain acquisition through registrar management, DNS configuration, CDN setup, repository workflows, and live site deployment.
- Lead a major infrastructure consolidation project as an early priority.
- Manage and optimize CDN, DNS, registrar, and credential workflows across a large domain portfolio.
- Build and maintain automation around nameserver changes, DNS updates, deployment workflows, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Monitor web servers, infrastructure availability, performance, and security across the portfolio.
- Handle VPS, cloud server, and hosting environment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Systems, Network & Cloud Administration
- Maintain and support internal tooling, servers, cloud platforms, and operational infrastructure.
- Work across major cloud environments.
- Administer network services and infrastructure with a focus on reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Enforce security controls, access management, patching, and compliance protocols across the technical estate.
- Apply IT best practices for configuration management, access control, disaster recovery, backups, and hosting environment governance.
Automation & Tooling
- Build and maintain a reusable automation workflow library for internal technical operations.
- Integrate AI-assisted and API-driven tooling into team workflows where it improves speed, reliability, or repeatability.
- Develop serverless functions, edge logic, and automation scripts to support operational needs.
- Implement monitoring and alerting tooling so issues are detected before they impact operations.
- Use Git as the source of truth for infrastructure scripts, automation workflows, runbooks, and operational documentation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in DNS, infrastructure, automation, IT systems administration, or a closely related technical operations role.
- Hands-on experience managing large domain portfolios across multiple registrars.
- Strong Cloudflare expertise, including DNS, CDN configuration, security features, and Workers or equivalent edge/serverless tooling.
- Working experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong command of automation tooling, custom scripting, APIs, and repeatable workflow design.
- Comfortable working with serverless deployments, monitoring stacks, and infrastructure-as-code or Git-based operational workflows.
- Familiarity with Git and modern delivery practices, including Agile or Scrum.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in iGaming, affiliate marketing, or high-volume web operations.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or supporting a small technical team.
- Background in infrastructure security hardening at scale, including WAF rules, bot mitigation, zero-trust patterns, or access governance.
- Personal infrastructure, automation, or open-source projects that demonstrate practical technical depth.
Our Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, and the opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
