Senior Executive in Sinnar at KSB GIW Inc.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Verify customer orders and prepare them for dispatch.
• Dispatch Management: Coordinate with Logistic Team for timely delivery.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of stock movement and update dispatch logs.
• Documentation: Prepare DI, and other required Dispatch/Shipping documents.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with warehouse, production, and sales teams to align dispatch schedules.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / DME & Knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in dispatch, packing & Logistics or warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of SAP systems and dispatch software preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
