Busser in Miami, Florida at Major Food Group LLC

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide friendly, courteous and efficient quality presentation of food and beverage service to all guests
• Clean, set and reset tables continuously, assuming responsibility for station, tables and side duties
• Serve water, bread and coffee and greet guests by name whenever possible during the course of meal service
• Ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by serving their food in a timely and accurate manner and rendering a high level of customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

• Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual
• Deep knowledge of food service
• Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.
• Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.
• 2-3 years experience in an upscale restaurant a must
• Experience in high-volume restaurants a plus
